Welcome to a new kind of salon.

Williams & Hirst is a multi-award-winning coworking salon in Soho, home to independent hairdressers running their own businesses under one roof.

So when you book an appointment, you’re not just supporting great hair, you’re supporting the independent behind the chair.

Meet the founders

Jack and Ross Williams-Hirst are independent hairdressers, who have worked freelance for years.

In 2024, they transformed an abandoned storefront on Wardour Street into Williams & Hirst, a design-led coworking salon built for the modern independent stylist.

Just 18 months later, the salon has become a multi-award-winning space, home to a collective of leading independent hair professionals running their own businesses under one roof. By combining the freedom of self-employment with the energy of a shared creative environment, Williams & Hirst gives clients access to some of the best talent in British hairdressing.

We currently have a small amount of availability for independent stylists looking to base their business in Soho and become part of the Williams & Hirst community.
